Up and out and head to Mission Beach to get a cheeky coffee from Joeys
We wander along Mission beach enjoying our coffees and head to the Sunday Market here

Stroll around looking at the bits and bobs
Time to kickstart our day: into the car we drive up to Millaa Millaa Falls
On the way, we stop at Serendipity Falls for a quick photo and carry on up to our destination

We park up, wonder down to the waterfall and go for a swim in the lake beneath it! We swim along side a couple of turtles too!

Next, we drive up a bit further to Hawestead Homestead, in Tarzali – our Air BnB for the night
Our hosts advise us that the old tea factory may have a family of Tree Kangaroos about it, so we head out there
We check out the tree lines around the abandoned tea factory – no luck I’m afraid

Our next stop is Malanda Falls Conservation Park where there should be plenty of Tree Kangaroos and maybe even a Platypus or two
We stroll along the circular route through the forest and down by the water – Dave spots what could have been a Musky Rat Kangaroo run across the path, but no Tree Kangaroos again

Getting late we head to Atherston for a supply run and back to our Air BnB for Dave to whip up his famous Thai Green Curry whilst Daisy puts a load of washing on

Beautifully fresh and healthily delicious – a very yummy treat indeed ????
Fed and showered we snuggle with a film and some juice
Outside, we spy a family of Cane Toads around the car just before bed
