Another slow day as we enjoy slowing down around Brisbane
We’re off to Redcliffe today
On the way, we have a quick stop at Starbucks to have a toastie for lunch – disappointing but was at least sustenance
An hour on the train later, we make it to Redcliffe – ready to go see Bee Gees Way, as recommended by the random fellow we met the other day
We hop on a bus in to town and go via the Bee Gees House

We get dropped off nearby the Redcliffe Pier – it’s a pretty standard seaside town
The Bee Gees Way is basically opposite; it’s a tribute to the band as they were residents in the area for a long time

After, we go down the sea front and turn inland to go to Botanic Gardens: it’s a bit of a walk but we get to see many bats, brush turkeys and even a Kookaburra
Carry on our long journey to Coles to pick up supplies followed by hightailing it to the station to get th train back with minutes to spare!
Home to cook a curry and watch Oppenheimer

Simple, but nice day ????
