Both settling into a new routine: Dave working online at home and Daisy working in Marketing for a local Wellington and Wairarapa construction company

We have a dabble at creating an aray of lovely home-cooked meals, including a roast, as well as exploring the local area and trying a couple of the local pub’s and their weekly quizzes

As well as this, some of the family we have in Auckland comes to Wellington as they play in the Women’s Football league and are playing the local Wellington team in the game

For this, we catch up at the Parrotdog Brewery with some lunch before watching the match

Just the two of us then grab some dinner in the city before finding some music in The Abandoned Brewery back in Petone: Sol Fide (a local Kiwi band)

This is just a snippet but we’ve tried our best to cover a lot of bases already in our time settling somewhat in NZ!
