A bit of an early start but very worth while; we speedily ready ourselves and the flat for a final inspection

The whole thing is done in about five minutes and we’re on the bus into the city before ten past ????

To celebrate our success, we get to the end of the line and wander to Raglan Roast Coffee close by to Clyde Quay Wharf

Getting hungry, we then make our way to a different Raglan Roast because they do pizza

Turns out they sadly stopped serving pizza a year ago… We go to Stillwater Eatery instead

From here, we’re a little out of steam and exhausted so just decide to grab the bus to the airport

It’s still several hours before our flight but at least we can have a rest ????

Annoyingly, our flight becomes about an hour delayed too; nevertheless, it eventually arrives and it’s not long till we get going

Goodbye Wellington! We will probably see you again but not sure when ✈️

We arrive into Auckland, grab our checked bag and the next Sky Drive into the city

For dinner, we go to Nando’s, which is most of the way to our hotel, for a feast (see the featured image)

Fed, we reach Ascotia Off Queen to check in and sleep – it’s certainly not the best hotel but it was hard to argue with about £30 per night ????
