Unfortunately, it seems we got something bad from something we ate last night: not much sleep and feeling pretty sorry for ourselves
We skip breakfast and try and rest a bit longer; at around 11am, after chilling in bed with some Good Burger on Netflix, we get up and go to a safe choice for some brunch
On the way, we pop into Trung Nguyên E-Coffee – a very neat place we noticed before – for a couple of cappuccinos

After that, we make our way to our main destination: Bamboo Chopsticks Restaurant
They have us again for a juice, a 7up, a cappuccino, an English breakfast, a fruit salad and of course water

This has worn us out so we go back and chill for an hour or so before deciding to try and make something of the day
We pop back to Bamboo Chopsticks for some fresh orange juices before getting a taxi
Where we’re heading, they’re making a road still so we have to get out and walk the last bit
On the way, we spot some odd attractions in the area…

However, we’re going to a much more simple and wholesome place: The Duck Stop
Daisy found it on TikTok, like most of the other tourists that are here too, and it’s a place where you pay about £3 each for four pork pancake spring rolls, a beer as well as an experience with the Ducks on their farm

We opt to have the experience first and the other bits after – we’re given some traditional hats, some rubbery red shoes and scooted to round the corner, where they keep the Ducks
They have a routine for people to interact with the Ducks: it includes pretending to be a Duck as the “Duck leader”, being able to hold a Duck as well as them nibbling your legs and feet – getting too close for comfort to some other parts of us – for their pellets

It’s only about 10 minutes but definitely recommended by Davesy!
We go back to the restaurant to have a clean and have some noms with a beer

After, we walk back to where we were dropped off to meet our initial driver who agreed to wait for us and take us back
We have a brief freshen up and head out for some dinner
Again, we’re at Bamboo Chopsticks to make sure it’s a safe dinner: we each have a huda draft and a meal of steak and chips

Once finished, we go back to the comfort of our hotel room and end the day finishing Good Burger – let’s hope we get a nice sleep!
