Up and our last breakfast here
Head out on a mission to catch the public bus we got to get to the city in the first place
We’re in luck, it’s just arrived and means we have enough time to check in at the airport, etc.
We arrive at the airport and there’s a queue for security just to get into the building (like we did when we left the airport)
It goes relatively quick and we’re in
Physical check in at the airline’s desk is necessary but smooth and we get seated together for free ????
Pretty quick through security and we go in search for some snacks for the flight
Water, of course, as well as a sandwich from Paul… and Daisy finds her favourite chocolate eclair sweets – a must purchase (though £5 for the small pack?!)
Time to board: we head to the flight gate and get on the plane – our together seats turn out to be the emergency seats with extra legroom; Dave is able to fit in the seat!

Flight is a little delayed but we eventually get up in the air and – as per – Daisy has a doze while Dave keeps himself out of trouble
Land ho! We’re welcomed back to England with a brisk chill
Off the plane, we speed through to get to security etc as we’ve still got a long journey ahead!
Out past passport control and baggage collection, we dash to the train station and turns out the Gatwick Express is out of service just today and tomorrow ????
We grab the alternative route and make our way to Marylebone to get back to Leamington
Made it back in one piece! We are, luckily, able to stay with a good friend who we meet at a pub before being driven home
We meet with a group of other friends too to have a night of playing games, having chinese food

Back to our bed for the night for a good rest before Glastonbury ticket sales tomorrow!!
